I started the ABC diet today… because im kinda desperate to lose weight fast. So, im glad im under 500 so far, but I still have yet to eat dinner (I just planned ahead) and then ill have 230 calories left for small snacks throughout the rest of the day, AND… I’m not gonna eat my ‘dinner’ untilĀ around… 4:30, so hopefully itll keep me full for awhile.
